Whatsapp is going to start rolling out its new Feature named as 'Frequently forwarded' for its Indian users.  this feature helps it's users to spot those messages which are forwarded many times on WhatsApp. This features highlight those messages with the double arrow mark. Users also get notifications when they are going to forward such type of messages.

This step is taken because large amount of fake messages are shared on WhatsApp in India. now people get aware of such messages which are forwarded many times through this feature. This label will appear with those messages which are shared more than five times on WhatsApp. This Feature is also applicable on longer text messages and users can see the full messages by clicking on read more option. this feature was in testing steps in the past but now WhatsApp is ready to launch this feature very soon.

Whatsapp's official spokesperson said that they have recently going to give this update. And they hope this will aware there users and also provide them a better experience.
From past few years, WhatsApp is trying to stop spreading of fake messages and news. They have launched many other features also to stop this and its example that in past update they restrict their users that they cannot share one message to more the 5 chats in one time. And this new feature is also related to that. So we hope this will work according to there expectations.
